No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds Policy
At Brisbane Pilates, we aim to provide high-quality products, and we hope you love your purchase! However, please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
What we do offer:
Faulty or Damaged Items: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange a refund or exchange as required by Australian Consumer Law.
Incorrect Product: If the wrong product is shipped to you, please let us know within 7 days and we will arrange for a return and a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Important Notes:
All items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition (with packaging and tags, if applicable) to qualify for a return or exchange for faulty items.
Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind about your purchase. Please choose carefully.
