Can I put my membership on hold?
Yes! You can pause your direct debit membership — just let us know before the week you want to pause. You can request your hold through the app.Can I extend my pack?
Yep — as long as you let us know before it expires ….. except the Monster 5-Pack — it’s a discounted option for those who want to move fast without the commitment. No extensions on this one. You’ll need to contact us for all extensions -
You can share packs, but not direct debits.
Parents can also manage and pay for their child’s membership — they just need to link their accounts in the app. -

Missed a class?
If you don’t cancel and miss a booked session, it counts as used — no refunds or rollovers.Need to cancel?
Easy — just do it in the app at least 2 hours before class starts to keep your session credit.Class full?
Join the waitlist in the app. We’ll notify you if a spot opens — just keep an eye on your texts/emails.These are all managed in the Brisbane Pilates App
